As a Patient Experience Representative at PocketHealth, you will play a key role in enhancing healthcare experiences for patients by providing empathetic and timely support, enabling them to navigate the platform effectively.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Experience in healthcare is a plus but not mandatory.
• Technical support experience is considered an asset.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Resourceful and flexible in problem-solving.
