Overview

As a Bilingual Customer Experience Representative, you will be the face of KeyMe, assisting customers in lockout situations through various communication channels while providing exceptional service.

In Short

  • Handle high volume of calls, chats, and emails from customers.
  • Provide support for billing issues and product questions.
  • Maintain professionalism and establish rapport with clients.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback.
  • Work with management to stay updated on product knowledge.
  • Problem-solve to turn frustrated clients into repeat customers.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English required.
  • Experience in a call center environment preferred.
  • Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
  • Remote work with a budget for home office setup.

Requirements

  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Minimum 1-year call center experience or equivalent.
  • High School graduation or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Twilio, and Google Docs a plus.
  • Wifi connection of 50MBPS for work purposes.
