Scrum Master - Agile - Remote

Overview

As a Scrum Master at PNC, you will be responsible for fostering Agile values and practices within Scrum Teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles while working remotely.

In Short

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for one to two Scrum Teams.
• Coach Scrum Teams on the execution of the Scrum framework.
• Ensure team adherence to Agile principles.
• Identify improvement opportunities to optimize team velocity and quality.
• Remove impediments to progress as identified by the team.
• Communicate overall team progress to stakeholders.
• Partner with the Product Owner to prioritize backlog items.
• Foster a collaborative team environment.
• Manage risks associated with business objectives.
• Promote customer-focused solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience facilitating group activities.
• Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to promote a collaborative team environment.
• Experience in coaching and conflict management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Certifications in Agile methodologies preferred.
