Agile Scrum Master - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Agile Scrum Master to join our Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) team. This role is critical to driving the agile framework, enabling seamless collaboration across the CoE and Business, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions.

In Short

• Lead the implementation and scaling of Agile processes across the Salesforce CoE.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and guide teams in agile best practices.
• Collaborate with Business Owners to maintain and prioritize backlogs.
• Monitor and report on sprint progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Act as a problem-solver, addressing roadblocks and dependencies.
• Foster communication and alignment among the CoE and Business Owners.
• Support team development by coaching on agile principles.
• Serve as a liaison between CoE and Business Owners.
• Schedule/lead retrospectives and encourage iterative enhancements.
• Utilize tools like Jira and Confluence to manage workflows.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably with Salesforce.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive mindset to anticipate challenges and manage risks.
• Familiarity with Salesforce tools and development processes.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proven ability to successfully deliver large-scale Salesforce projects.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence agile management tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
