Agile Scrum Master - Remote

Overview

As an Agile Scrum Master at DaVita, you will lead teams in implementing Agile methodologies, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement, and supporting project management activities to enhance patient care and business results.

In Short

• Facilitate Agile development processes within teams.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and best practices.
• Remove impediments to help teams meet sprint goals.

• Track and report Agile metrics for performance measurement.
• Provide Agile training and mentorship to team members.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile ceremonies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related graduate degree preferred.
• Certified Scrum Master or similar certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile coach.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business teams.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience in healthcare is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results in a corporate environment.
