Agile Scrum Master - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a high caliber Agile Scrum Master for our US Air Force Cloud One Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration contract. As the Agile Scrum Master, you will act as the servant leader of an Agile team; facilitate all team events, generate team metrics, calculate team capacity, and facilitate release and sprint planning.

In Short

• Act as a servant leader for an Agile team.
• Facilitate all Scrum events including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Maintain and report team metrics.
• Guide the team on Agile/Scrum practices.
• Support and educate the Product Owner.
• Manage a team of experienced professionals.
• Assist with internal and external communication.
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Work with Agile techniques such as Continuous Integration and Automated Testing.
• Communicate complex topics effectively to various stakeholders.

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience (3-5 years).
• Experience with Agile teams using Scrum or SAFe.
• Knowledge of software development processes.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile Solution Factory is a plus.
• SAFe Agilist certification is preferred.
• Experience as a BA, Scrum Master, or PO within Agile methodology.
