Overview

We're seeking a Scrum Master with a distinguished background in managing cross-functional teams, gaining and maintaining high team velocity, identifying and swiftly eliminating roadblocks to ensure uninterrupted project flow.

In Short

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule.
• Acts as the point of escalation for risks, issues, and obstacles raised by project teams.
• Flexibility to adjust project scopes, schedules, and resources as needed.
• Coordinate with product owner on any shifts in priorities.
• Develop comprehensive, detailed project plans.
• Oversee the software release process.
• Strive to improve the development processes within the team.
• Measure and track team and individual KPIs.
• Oversee the weekly sprint process with product owners.
• Manage and resolve any issues that arise during the development process.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or 2+ Years as a software developer.
• Experience in managing JIRA boards, workflows, reports, dashboards.
• Solid understanding of agile principles and the Scrum framework.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience in Release management.
• Skilled in problem-solving and conflict-resolution techniques.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Independence in decision making.
• Proven experience in measuring team and personal KPIs.
