Overview

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and open-minded Scrum Master for our client in Bern.

In Short

Moderation of Scrum meetings (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Promotion of agile principles and support for team members
Removal of obstacles (Impediment Management)
Coaching the team in agile methods
Collaboration with Product Owner and development team to optimize processes
Ensuring continuous improvement of workflows

Requirements

Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development projects
In-depth understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and agile methods
Experience in moderating Scrum events and supporting teams
Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g., PSM I, CSM)
Knowledge of agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
Experience with SAFe or LeSS is a plus
Communication and coaching skills
Fluent German language skills
