Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.

• Experience with cross-functional and remote teams.
• Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Exceptional facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to drive problem-solving in dynamic environments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable working across time zones.
• Fluent in English.
