Agile Coach / Scrum Master - Remote

Overview

ClassWallet, a leading financial technology company in the United States, is seeking to hire an Agile Coach / Scrum Master to join our team.

In Short

• Work with Product Owner to align team with product vision and delivery commitments.
• Create an environment of collaboration within the teams that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflicts.
• Mentor and coach teams and stakeholders in agile practices, frameworks and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
• Work with product management on the prioritization and refinement of the development backlog.
• Guide and mentor teams on breaking down work into smaller tasks for smoother workflow.
• Educate team members on right-sizing work for predictable outcomes.
• Train teams to identify bottlenecks and dependencies early in the process.
• Encourage continuous reflection and improvement of processes.
• Lead and facilitate all agile ceremonies.
• Proactively manage and resolve team dependencies and impediments.

Requirements

• Strong familiarity with core Agile values and principles.
• Solid knowledge of agile ceremonies and artifacts.
• Exposure to modern engineering practices (CI/CD, Test automation).
• Expert with agile frameworks in product development and delivery.
• Ability to coach and mentor effectively.
• Proactive problem solver guiding teams toward delivery targets.
• Understanding of right-sizing work for team stability.
• Experience with release management processes preferred.
• Agile certifications preferred.
• Strong understanding of systems thinking and change management principles preferred.
