Overview

We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach / Scrum Master with a passion for driving agile transformations and a deep understanding of Scrum methodologies. You will be working on Agilibo SaaS, a cutting-edge platform designed to enable Agile Transformation at scale.

In Short

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.
Coach teams on Agile best practices and foster continuous improvement.
Drive adoption and scaling of agile practices using Agilibo SaaS.
Collaborate with stakeholders for process improvements.
Support product teams in breaking down complex initiatives.
Work with cross-functional teams to remove impediments.
Contribute to Agilibo SaaS development with insights from coaching.
Monitor and report on Agile metrics to track progress.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master.
Advanced Scrum certification (PSM II, Advanced CSM, or equivalent).
Strong expertise in Agile frameworks and scaling frameworks.
Hands-on experience in remote team facilitation.
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira or Trello.
Passion for Agile and a desire to continuously learn.
