Senior Scrum Master / Agile Coach - Remote

• Lead Agile squads with a focus on Delivery to execute user stories and features with high quality for business value.
• Support teams in adopting Agile practices and apply suitable frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to align backlog prioritization with business objectives.
• Drive sprint and PI planning, manage dependencies, and track team metrics.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with stakeholders.
• Foster an Agile mindset and inspire the team.
• Prepare teams for self-sufficiency in delivery.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• 3+ years leading large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience in financial, investment, asset management, or banking services domain.
• Comprehensive expertise in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven experience coaching Product Owners.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage metrics for process improvements.
