Scrum Master / Agile Coach - Telecom Sector - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Scrum Master / Agile Coach to work within the IT department of a telecommunications operator.

In Short

• Plan sprints and daily meetings.
• Work closely with the Product Owner.
• Communicate, track, and motivate the team.
• Identify solutions and necessary modifications.
• Keep the client and management informed.
• Write and present progress reports.
• Possibly train the team in Agile methodology.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering or related field.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Teamwork skills and pedagogical abilities.
• Ideally two years of experience in a functional role in a technical environment.
• Desire for on-the-job training and skill development.
