Scrum Master / Agile Coach - SAFe - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and open-minded Scrum Master / Agile Coach - SAFe for our client in Lucerne, who will develop solutions in an enterprise environment for core systems.

In Short

• Develop solutions in the enterprise environment for core systems.
• Ensure a smooth experience for customers and employees.
• Reflect and optimize agile processes with teams as Scrum Master.
• Promote employee self-organization in teams and cross-team collaboration as a coach.
• Moderate and organize SAFe events at the team level.
• Implement core Lean Management ideas, reduce waste, and maximize value creation in the team.
• Act as an important sparring partner for the Release Train Engineer.
• Actively shape effective and collaborative software development with other Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
• Ensure that as much value as possible is created for the ART.
• Support communication flow to the right stakeholders as a moderator.

Requirements

• Solid education in computer science or a comparable discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in the agile software development environment.
• Extensive experience with scaled agility and SAFe, successfully accompanying agile transformations.
• Deep understanding of Lean and Agile principles, situational application as a Lean-Agile Practitioner.
• Leadership personality as a Servant Leader, passionate about making a difference.
• Friendly persistence and persuasion, building trusting relationships within teams.
• Fluent in German and English.
