Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and tailored frameworks.
• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks like SAFe and LeSS.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and software engineering workflows.
• Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
• Certifications like PSM I/II, ICP-ACC are a plus.
• Russian language proficiency is required.
