Scrum Master / Agile Coach - Remote

That's why were looking for a Scrum Master / Agile Coach who's ready to drive this transformation, guide our teams, and help us grow in the right direction. This role isn't about maintaining what exists - it's about creating processes, shaping culture, and helping teams grow systematically.

In Short

• Lead the transition from chaos to maturity in Agile practices.
• Collaborate with product teams, platform units, and business stakeholders.
• Work directly with decision-makers to influence team dynamics.
• Utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro to drive change.
• Implement and adapt Agile frameworks tailored to the business.
• Facilitate team rituals and coach teams on Agile practices.
• Drive continuous improvement and manage team dependencies.
• Help navigate complex technical domains such as fintech and crypto.
• Support Agile processes across multiple product teams.
• Foster a culture of ownership and prioritization in Agile workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.
• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS).
• Familiarity with OKR and connecting delivery to business outcomes.
• Track record of launching Agile from scratch.
• Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency with collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Certifications like PSM I/II, ICP-ACC are a plus.
• Russian language proficiency is required.
