Overview

PlanITROI is seeking a results-driven Account Sales Manager to own and grow a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients, focusing on driving service revenue growth and client retention.

In Short

  • Own and expand a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Drive a minimum of 20% year-over-year growth in service revenue.
  • Maintain 100% client retention through strategic account planning.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Power BI for performance tracking.
  • Engage C-level stakeholders to deepen client relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for solution design and implementation.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients.
  • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Proactively resolve client issues and document corrective actions.
  • Work in a mission-driven environment focused on environmental responsibility.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in managing enterprise or mid-market accounts.
  • Proven record of revenue growth and quota achievement.
  • Experience in IT asset disposition, data security, and logistics.
  • Strong negotiation and contract structuring skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized and self-driven with multitasking abilities.
  • Hands-on delivery of complex proposals and contract renewals.
  • Ability to quantify ROI and assist with financial modeling.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Excel.
  • Consultative selling and value-based pricing expertise.
