In Short

  • Process customer inquiries in the areas of accounting, invoicing, contract adjustments, and cancellations.
  • Handle customer correspondence via email, ticket system, and phone.
  • Support the monthly billing process through accounting tasks such as invoice creation, complaint processing, and dunning.
  • Manage payment allocations and invoice adjustments, and create credits.
  • Administer hardware shop orders and organize their shipping.
  • Involve in correspondence between our customers and our hardware distributor.
  • Assist with internal and external audits as part of your tasks.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training in office management or comparable, preferably with a focus on accounting.
  • Enjoy working with numbers, motivated, service-oriented, and good communication skills with customers and partners.
  • Goal-oriented, able to recognize priorities, and solve tasks quickly and effectively.
  • Independent, responsible, and structured work style, along with a high degree of initiative and teamwork.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
