To further elevate our digital presence and customer experience, we’re looking for a Freelance Senior UX/UI Designer who thrives in creating seamless, user-centric digital experiences and wants to help shape the future of business communication.

In Short

• Create and optimize UX/UI designs for various digital platforms.
• Develop interactive prototypes to validate user flows.
• Improve existing experiences focusing on usability and performance.
• Collaborate with product owners, marketing, and development teams.
• Support UX research and usability testing.
• Ensure a consistent brand-aligned digital experience.
• Refine and extend design systems across digital touchpoints.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design.
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe CC).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Analytical mindset with familiarity in data-driven design.
• Fluent in German and comfortable in English-speaking environments.
• Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote-first setup.
