We are looking for an exceptional Senior Designer who is looking for an immediate contract. This person will need to be within the European timezone on this occasion.

In Short

• Be an integral part of the design team creating new and exciting features and content for a AAA open world console project.
• Ensure smooth, clear communication within the design, development and publishing team.
• Create and maintain design documentation.
• Derive insight from the data analytics team and other sources to create a response plan.
• Respond to and implement feedback from data, reviews and playtests.
• Able to concisely articulate game concepts and analyse game mechanics.
• Supporting junior designers.

Requirements

• Experience in game design, particularly for AAA titles.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in creating design documentation.
• Experience with data analytics in game design.
• Understanding of game mechanics and concepts.
• Experience mentoring junior designers.
