Overview

As an Overnight Guest Experience Associate at Placemakr, you will be the primary overnight point of contact for guests and residents, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction throughout their stay.

In Short

• Provide exceptional experiences to guests and residents.
• Work overnight hours between 10pm and 8am.
• Collaborate effectively with property team members.
• Respond to guest communications through various channels.
• Ensure compliance and safety within the environment.
• Conduct audits of guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Utilize various systems for maintenance and housekeeping.
• Complete administrative tasks related to guest services.
• Independently evaluate urgent situations and escalate as needed.
• Complete thorough shift handovers.

Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service experience in hospitality or related fields.
• Experience working overnight hours.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn and utilize technology systems.
• Experience with night audit tasks is a plus.
• Ability to complete tasks independently with urgency.
• Strong collaborative spirit and positive attitude.
• Physical ability to perform job duties effectively.
