The Client Experience Associate will lead onboarding processes, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage client requests effectively while working remotely from the Philippines.

Requirements

• Good time-management skills.
• Proficient in handling customer communications via chat, email, and calls.
• Must have a suitable main and backup device for work.
