Overview

As an Amazon Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting private label Amazon sellers with various backend tasks to ensure their business runs smoothly. Your role involves a range of tasks related to product management, logistics, inventory control, customer service, and supplier coordination.

In Short

  • Conduct daily product research to identify profitable products and emerging market trends.
  • Manage all communications with Amazon, focusing on refunds, disputes, and open cases.
  • Monitor stock levels, track shipments, and manage reorders.
  • Research and track competitors, keeping updated on their strategies and performance.
  • Handle supplier relationships, including sourcing new products from overseas suppliers.
  • Create and optimize product listings using flat files, focusing on keywords and listing improvements.
  • Address customer inquiries, manage feedback, and ensure account health is maintained.
  • Compile regular reports related to sales, inventory, and account health.
  • Manage and help maintain a healthy account and grow the Amazon store.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
  • Preferably with Amazon experience (background in Logistics & Supplier Management).
  • With a background in Finance is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets (knowledge of formulas is required).
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • With good character and willing to work on a graveyard shift is a plus.
  • Willingness to undergo training and adapt to new processes.
  • Available for full-time work.
