As an HR-Employee Relations, you will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment and managing the relationship between the organization and its employees. Your role involves handling employee grievances, conducting investigations, implementing disciplinary actions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. You will play a crucial role in maintaining employee morale and minimizing risk, specifically within a remote/virtual assistant workforce.

  • Draft and administer disciplinary documents.
  • Interpret and explain HR policies to staff and management.
  • Conduct thorough internal investigations.
  • Guide managers on Performance Improvement Plans.

  • Perform related HR or administrative support tasks.

Requirements

  • Must be residing within the Philippines.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Law, or relevant field.
  • At least two years of experience in Employee Relations or HR Generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor codes and disciplinary procedures.
  • Experience handling Employee Relations for Virtual Assistants preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling sensitive information.
  • Available for full-time work.
