Overview

The Senior Counsel will provide legal advice on a range of matters including cloud services and technology licensing, while collaborating with international teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Member of a relevant Bar or professional qualifications.
• Second degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
• Experience with legal compliance and commercial transactions.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
