Recruiting Coordinator - Remote

Overview

As a Recruiting Coordinator at PitchBook, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the candidate experience and supporting a high-volume recruiting team.

In Short

• Create an exceptional experience for all candidates and employees throughout the interview process.
• Own the interview scheduling process including phone screens, virtual interviews, and onsite interviews.
• Communicate with candidates, recruiters, and interview teams on logistics related to interviewing.
• Maintain Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System, to ensure we are taking advantage of every efficiency.
• Utilize the ATS and our other metric tools to track and report on metrics.
• Identify and implement operational process improvements within the recruiting team.
• Write creative and compelling job postings while ensuring accuracy and consistency in posting across job boards.
• Help the recruiting team build a pipeline of candidates for different positions as requested.
• Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors.
• Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of previous experience in an administrative support and/or coordination role, preferably within HR or Recruiting.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proven talent to think on your feet and handle issues with resourceful solutions.
• Demonstrated success in a role requiring extensive customer interaction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
