In Short

  • Manage key middle tier customer relationships.
  • Build a sales strategy for expansion, renewals, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify growth opportunities within current client accounts.
  • Conduct client demonstration sessions with a consultative approach.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers on account retention.
  • Utilize Salesforce for client relationship management.
  • Drive engagement with prospective clients through crafted sequences.
  • Participate in global account manager meetings.
  • Support company vision and values through role modeling.
  • Participate in various company initiatives and projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of sales or account management experience in SaaS or technology.
  • 1+ years of experience with account renewals.
  • Proven ability to close complex deals.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exemplary presentation skills.
  • Interest in private equity and venture capital preferred.
  • Organized with terrific prioritization skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude.
