Senior Program Manager - Remote

Overview

PingWind is seeking a qualified Senior Program Manager to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)

In Short

• Lead and shepherd the delivery/operations for assigned program(s) and/or project(s)
• Manage cost, schedule, scope, performance, and customer satisfaction
• Own, nurture, and develop strong customer relationships
• Work with customers to grow and expand revenue streams
• Proactively communicate with government points of contact
• Manage, develop, and refine team resources
• Manage partner/subcontractor relationships
• Ensure high-quality creation and timely delivery of contract deliverables
• Work with leadership to build business leveraging performance
• Implement best practices for building and growing company culture

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
• U.S. Citizenship; Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
• Exceptional ability to communicate with leadership, staff, and customers
• Flexible, able to adapt to different customer groups
• Expertise with IT program/project management
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
• Strong desire to facilitate collaboration at a program level
• Experience working in and with cross-functional teams
• Outcome-oriented approach focused on delivering value
