Salesforce Technical Lead Architect - Remote

Overview

PingWind is seeking a Salesforce Architect to support our Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) Solutions Delivery Center of Excellence (COE) contract work. The Salesforce Architect must design, develop, and articulate solutions based on strategic business and technical requirements.

In Short

• Design and develop Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
• Work with program managers and clients to ensure effective solutions.
• Perform customizations, configurations, and integration of Salesforce.
• Lead a technical team and provide implementation expertise.
• Conduct architecture, code, and design reviews.
• Demonstrate knowledge in CRM Analytics and MuleSoft.
• Supervise Salesforce developers and oversee multiple projects.
• Ensure software documentation meets delivery requirements.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least ten years of related experience, with preference for twelve.
• Minimum of six years of Salesforce experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Agile implementation projects.
• Federal Salesforce implementation experience is preferred.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Technical Architect, or System Architect required.
• Supervisory experience in leading Salesforce developers.
• Experience integrating with third-party solutions.
• Must be a US Citizen.
