Salesforce Technical Lead/Architect - Remote

Overview

PingWind is seeking a Salesforce Architect to support our Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) Solutions Delivery Center of Excellence (COE) contract work. The Salesforce Architect must design, develop, and articulate solutions based on strategic business and technical requirements.

In Short

• Design, develop, and articulate Salesforce solutions.
• Work with program managers, technical leads, and clients.
• Perform customizations, configurations, and integration of Salesforce.
• Lead a technical team and provide design expertise.
• Meet with stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Architect and customize Salesforce applications.
• Implement large scale enterprise solutions.
• Conduct architecture, code, and design reviews.
• Provide technical guidance to developers and QA engineers.
• Ensure software documentation is completed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least ten years of related experience.
• Five years of Salesforce experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Solution Architect experience using Agile approaches.
• Federal Salesforce implementation experience preferred.
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture and configuration.
• Experience with REST and integration tools like MuleSoft.
• Supervisory experience in leading Salesforce developers.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or similar required.
