Overview

The Senior Director of Global Revenue Enablement at Ping Identity will lead the strategy and execution of programs that enhance the performance of global revenue teams, focusing on accelerating revenue growth and improving productivity.

  • Lead global change-management efforts for enablement programs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure high-quality materials for GTM teams.
  • Maintain executive engagement through briefings and program reviews.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in Revenue Enablement or Sales Operations.
  • Experience in high-growth environments.
  • Expertise in leveraging enablement technology to scale performance.
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative abilities.
