Overview

At One Identity, we are evolving our approach to enablement to support the full revenue lifecycle. The Director of Global Revenue Enablement will lead the strategy and execution of programs that prepare our sales, presales, customer success, and partner-facing teams to deliver consistent, high-impact customer experiences and drive revenue growth.

In Short

  • Develop and lead a global revenue enablement strategy
  • Align enablement initiatives across the entire customer lifecycle
  • Design and deliver onboarding and continuous learning programs
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams
  • Equip teams with tools and messaging for customer engagement
  • Create and manage sales playbooks and resources
  • Define and track performance metrics
  • Lead a high-performing global enablement team
  • Contribute to annual planning and GTM strategy discussions
  • Travel as needed - approx 20%

Requirements

  • Minimum of eight years in sales enablement or revenue operations
  • Proven track record of building global enablement programs
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Experience with modern sales and enablement technologies
  • Industry experience in cybersecurity or IT infrastructure preferred
