The Technical Communications Team of One Identity is responsible for researching and writing technical user documentation, explaining complex IT Security solutions. We collaborate with the development and UX design teams, proactively initiating discussions about the content and usability of our documentation and user interfaces. We like working in a positive and supportive team environment and thrive when we have the opportunity to make the world a bit safer (and better). In Short

• Analyze development requirements to determine documentation and user interface content deliverables.
• Write, review, and maintain technical documentation and user interface content.
• Collaborate with developers and UX designers to gather information.
• Conduct technical and peer reviews to ensure content quality.
• Test documentation usability against the product.
• Identify contradictions and inaccuracies in documentation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical writing experience.
• Near-native English proficiency and strong grammar.
• Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
• Experience with enterprise-level documentation tools.
• Interest in UX writing or user interface content.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
