Overview

As the Director, Revenue Enablement on the Revenue Operations team, this role is for a strategic leader passionate about building scalable and high-impact programs in a high growth SaaS company.

In Short

  • Set the strategy for the onboarding and training of the revenue teams.
  • Oversee role-based training, sales skills training, and product training.
  • Enhance and execute on training curriculum.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other functional leaders.
  • Develop team playbooks and executing enablement strategy.
  • Lead the Revenue Enablement team to build effective programs.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities within content and processes.
  • Align with Revenue and Product leadership.
  • Understand the Loopio customer journey.
  • Increase velocity, win rates, deal size, and overall productivity.

Requirements

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in a Revenue Enablement or similar role.
  • Proven success in building and scaling enablement programs.
  • Prior experience leading revenue enablement team.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with sales tech stack such as Salesforce.
  • Ability to create and deliver effective training materials.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset.
