Overview

The Cloud Technical Support Engineer will provide product support to customers on cloud environments, ensuring customer inquiries are addressed and products are well-maintained.

In Short

  • Manage and complete support cases and service requests for customers
  • Monitor and administer PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingDirectory
  • Communicate with customers and supporting teams
  • Update processes and documentation
  • Coordinate and diagnose issues in customer environments
  • Participate in incidents and root cause analyses

Requirements

  • Advanced Certification or 2 years experience with Ping products
  • Experience in data analysis and correlation
  • Complex system analysis skills
  • Root cause analysis skills
  • Understanding of IAM Security best practices
  • Proficient in change management
