In Short

• Help ensure the Pigment Frame Methodology is applied consistently by integration partners.
• Communicate with partners and customers to gather necessary documents.
• Operate the analysis framework for automated qualification with AI.
• Review and validate business requirements and design architecture.
• Assess the quality and accuracy of models configured for customers.
• Evaluate when to escalate issues to senior Architects.
• Collaborate with Senior Architects and Product team on QA tools.
• Provide level 1 support for modeling activities and integration solutions.
• Onboard onto the Pigment platform and become certified.
• Learn from experiences to improve future performance.

Requirements

• Structured, organized with strong Project Management skills.
• 1-2 years experience in a technical position, ideally with EPM technologies.
• Expert communicator able to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Skilled in translating data analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Sound judgment in escalating issues appropriately.
• A great learner, adaptable to diverse customer use cases.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product environment.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Master’s degree or relevant advanced degree preferred.
