Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in Sales or Account Management.
  • 3 years of insurance experience preferred.
  • 2 years in commercial insurance preferred.
  • Advanced communication skills.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to set and achieve goals.
  • Promotes cooperation within a team.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Google Suite.
  • Strong self-awareness and emotional management.
