In Short

• Organize and coordinate all logistics processes at the locations of Munich, Salzburg, and Vienna.
• Act as the primary contact for our drivers and ensure smooth delivery processes.
• Manage driver teams consisting of approximately 60 temporary workers, students, and part-time employees.
• Oversee hub management and the condition of the vehicle fleet, including coordination of maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and work safety at your locations.
• Assist with administrative tasks and take on reporting and controlling duties.
• Regularly communicate with other Area Managers and work closely with headquarters.

Requirements

• Several years of practical experience in the logistics industry, ideally in organizing logistics processes.
• Leadership experience, such as team leading and personnel planning.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Hands-on mentality and initiative.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in German.
• Driver's license class B.
• Willingness to travel to locations in your region (Munich, Salzburg, Vienna).
