Senior People Manager - Remote

Overview

Join our People & Culture team and help shape the work environment at pickshare, a rising scale-up from Dortmund providing future-oriented and sustainable city logistics solutions for retail.

In Short

• Develop and advance our HR strategy with a focus on employee development and corporate culture.
• Plan future structures in collaboration with the management team.
• Design performance and compensation systems and support managers in their application.
• Actively shape the development of our corporate culture.
• Advise managers on labor law and compliance issues.
• Oversee operational tasks in the employee lifecycle, such as offboarding and payroll preparation.
• Analyze HR metrics and derive targeted measures for HR strategy development.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in People & Culture or HR management, ideally in a strategic role.
• Good knowledge of labor law and compliance issues.
• Strong understanding of culture development and change processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to the dynamics of a scale-up environment.
