Overview

The Senior Manager, People Solutions will oversee the development and implementation of analytics frameworks to provide insights on workforce trends, employee engagement, retention, and diversity.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in HR, Statistics, Analytics, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in Data Analytics or related occupation.
• Experience with Statistical analysis, Data mining, Predictive modeling.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools: RStudio, Python, SAS, SQL, Tableau.
• Experience with Big Data Analytics and Database Systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of JIRA, Adobe Analytics, and Confluence.
