Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to execute sales campaigns, focusing on generating new business opportunities within the IT recruiting sector.

  • Fully remote role based in India.

  • 2-4+ years of sales experience required.
  • Strong English proficiency (C1 level) is a must.
  • Motivated and adaptable in a high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of sales experience in IT recruiting.
  • Proven ability to sell resumes to cold prospects.
  • Strong LinkedIn and job board prospecting skills.
  • Experience with Apollo CRM or similar sales tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Reliable fast internet access required.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities in a startup-like environment.
