Senior Platform Operations, Support & Test Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Platform Operations, Support & Test Engineer with extensive experience in Post production monitoring, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) & Business Requirements Testing (BRT) practices to join our team. This role ensures that our system meets reliability and stability business needs and software solutions exceed customer expectations with high quality.

• Develop and implement monitoring and alerting strategies.
• Collaborate to create automated solutions for incident response.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software testing.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools.
• Solid experience with test automation tools.
• Experience in working with APIs and databases.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• A proactive mindset for continuous improvement.
