Overview

The Client Support Technician role at Personified focuses on providing supplemental support for technology operations for clients, emphasizing helpdesk ticket responses via email and Slack.

In Short

  • Contract-based position providing IT support to clients.
  • Up to 20 hours per week during business hours (9-6pm ET).
  • Focus on helpdesk ticket response and client technology maintenance.
  • Support various SaaS platforms and operating systems.
  • Strong emphasis on customer service and issue resolution.
  • Communicate with users via video calls and phone.
  • Assist with IT training and improving automation tools.
  • Coordinate with HR and Ops for new personnel setup.
  • Willingness to work outside normal hours as needed.
  • Inventory management of client technology.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of Mac & Windows help desk experience.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate with end users.
  • Experience supporting Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
  • Self-starter with ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Proven track record of providing excellent customer experiences.
  • Ability to work flexibly on a contract basis.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work outside of normal business hours as required.
