The Client Support Technician at Softdocs will provide professional and friendly support for the company's document management and eForms solutions, resolving complex issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Suggest improvements for documentation and processes.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server or similar database.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Understanding of server and network fundamentals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on documentation accuracy.
  • Comfortable multitasking and working independently.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT or technical support.
  • 2+ years of customer service or client-facing experience.
