Overview

As a Cloud Support Technician at Atmosera, you will ensure the smooth operation of clients' cloud environments by providing technical support and troubleshooting, while also enhancing your skills in cloud computing and Azure.

In Short

  • Monitor and resolve incidents for customer infrastructure in Azure.
  • Triage and action telemetry alerts.
  • Install and administer customer systems in Azure.
  • Troubleshoot virtual servers and networks.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers.
  • Document systems and processes.
  • Provide clear communication to clients regarding technical issues.
  • Interact with customers to troubleshoot IT problems efficiently.
  • Promote best practices for organizational processes.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and clients.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with virtual servers and networking.
  • Strong desire to learn Azure cloud technologies.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Previous help desk or systems administration experience.
  • Experience in a 24x7 managed services environment is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze technical logs and triage alerts.
