Overview

The Cloud Support Technician will manage and maintain customer cloud environments, ensuring uptime and performance while providing exceptional customer support.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Less than 2 years of professional experience or 2 years in a technical support role.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
• Understanding of networking concepts.
• Flexibility to work alternative shifts as required.
• Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Experience with FortiGate firewalls and advanced networking concepts.
• Familiarity with server performance monitoring and MSP environments.
• Possession of relevant certifications is a plus.
