Python Developer - Remote

Overview

The Python Developer role involves supporting existing functionalities, addressing historical issues, and building new features as part of the Development Roadmap.

In Short

• Support existing functionalities and address historical issues.
• Build new features based on the Development Roadmap.
• Understand business requirements and identify optimal approaches.
• Drive implementation discussions with ownership of partially defined problems.
• Practice Test-Driven Development (TDD) to improve code quality.
• Optimize system flows for better performance.
• Tear down unused flows to make way for new developments.
• Bonus for understanding design principles and software design practices.
• Experience with backend systems in Python (Django) or Java (SpringBoot) is a plus.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in backend development with Python (Django).
• Ownership of delivery and identification of dependencies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed.
• Willingness to learn and grow with an open mind.
• Education: B.E./B.Tech/MCA/BSc in Computer Science.
