Overview

PermitFlow’s mission is to streamline and simplify construction permitting in the $1.6 trillion United States construction market. Our software reduces time to permit, supporting permitting end-to-end including permit research, application preparation, submission, and monitoring.

In Short

• Work alongside the CTO and engineering team to develop a construction permit application and management platform.
• Define the product and engineering roadmap with founders and users.
• Own and ship features from inception to implementation.
• Develop extensible and flexible workflow tooling for permitting.
• Build exceptional user experiences for permitting management.
• Mentor engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
• Work in a hybrid setup with a lean engineering team.
• Experience in startups is preferred.
• Strong customer-first mindset is essential.

• Strong experience in professional fullstack development.
• Significant experience with the tech stack: React, Typescript, Node.js, Postgres.
