In Short

  • Work remotely as a Tier 1 Support Specialist.
  • Provide technical support to healthcare professionals.
  • Manage user accounts and provide education on applications.
  • Work in a 24/7/365 support team environment.
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong technical aptitude and communication skills are required.
  • Compensation is $19/hour with benefits effective on the first day.
  • Training will align with a Monday - Friday day schedule (EST).
  • Access to high-speed internet is necessary.
  • Must start on September 8th, 2025.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High customer empathy and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
  • Technical support experience preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks effectively.
  • Must be located within the United States.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection.
  • Ability to start on the specified date.
