Clinical Integration Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Clinical Integration Analyst designs, implements, and supports integrations between our hospital client’s clinical systems and the PerfectServe platform, contributing to improved patient outcomes and care interventions.

In Short

• Serve as subject matter expert for integration solutions.
• Collaborate with customer resources for integration support.
• Design, develop, and test backend integration solutions.
• Code HL7 interfaces and create flat file integrations.
• Coordinate implementation of third-party API integrations.
• Perform data validation and troubleshooting for integrations.
• Maintain documentation for integration processes.
• Support VPN and sFTP job adjustments.
• Participate in after-hours call rotation for support.
• Assist in interface engine upgrades and maintenance.

Requirements

• Clinical degree & licensure (Associate or Bachelor’s).
• 5+ years in Clinical IT role.
• Experience with hospital personnel on enterprise projects.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations and workflows.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, SQL Server Management Studio.
• Proven experience with HL7 standards.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Experience in fast-paced technical environments.
• Self-motivated individual with leadership qualities.
• Desire to achieve results and adapt to changes.
